Refund & Returns
- A return is made right at the point of delivery and not AFTER accepting the delivery
- You have received the product in a bad condition or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
- The original invoice is returned along with the products being returned in absolutely the same condition as at delivery – packaging and labeling intact.
- We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
- Even you can exchange or avail refund at our store

- We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, Belgaum Pet Shop shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
- The refund will be initiated in the form of Voucher/Cash/Credited to Your Bank Account immediately after receiving details.
- You can cancel your orders within 2 Hours of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at info@belgaumpetshop.com or call at +91-9880015171 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.
